GDPR information for the purposes of correspondence

The administrator (“Administrator”) of the personal data provided by you is GLOB CAB CORPORATION Limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Elektronowa 2, Building B, 2nd floor, 03-219 Warsaw.

The basis for the processing of your personal data will be the following legal provisions in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland:

1.6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR indicating that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract;
2.6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
In order to fulfill the obligations arising from the Act, the Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (“Inspector”). We will process the personal data provided to us by you for the following purposes:

1. presenting and sending commercial information, including information about services offered by Glob Cab Corporation Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw;
2. conducting correspondence in connection with the conducted cooperation;
3. on handling complaints, complaints and comments related to the services provided;
4. responses to correspondence received from you, including answers to questions asked and providing information, and for the purpose of further handling of correspondence with you.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conduct correspondence with you, which involves the processing of personal data for the purposes described above.

2.6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to perform a contract for the provision of transport services to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract for the provision of transport services
3.6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, i.e. in the case of recording telephone conversations, which is used to improve the security and reliability of customer service – the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator and the protection of the interest of the data subject in connection with the contract for the provision of transport services.
The personal data provided to us may be made available to entities and public authorities authorized to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of generally applicable law and authorized employees of the Administrator. In addition, access to personal data may also be provided to service providers with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded, under which they were entrusted with the processing of personal data in order to provide services for GLOB CAB CORPORATION Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw and associates of GLOB CAB CORPORATION Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with seated in Warsaw. The period of data storage is the period necessary to perform the service, but not longer than 5 years after the end of the accounting year in which the service was carried out due to the need to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator based on applicable law or for the time necessary to secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator or against the Administrator.

Records from telephone call recording systems will be stored for no longer than six months from the date of recording. In the event that the recording constitutes evidence in proceedings conducted under the law or the Administrator has learned that they may constitute evidence in proceedings, this period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings. After these periods, the recordings containing personal data will be destroyed in the manner selected by the Administrator.

Withdrawal of consent requires sending a document, the content of which will contain at least the following statement: “Declaration of withdrawal of consent of the GDPR” to the correspondence address of the Data Administrator with the note “RODO” or to the e-mail address: rodo@globcabtaxi.pl

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawing it. This information applies to the personal data of employees, associates and contractors of GLOB CAB CORPORATION Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, which are provided to it by this contractor, in particular for the purpose of enabling all business contacts in order to conclude and perform the contract between GLOB CAB CORPORATION A limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw and its contractors.

Your personal data, i.e. name, surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address, place of work, will be processed for the purpose of signing and implementing activities resulting from the contract, the subject of which is the provision of transport and transport services by GLOB CAB CORPORATION Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością liability with its registered office in Warsaw and its associates and contractors.

The collected personal data may be made available to entities and public authorities authorized to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of generally applicable law and authorized employees of the Administrator. In addition, access to personal data may also be provided to service providers with whom relevant agreements have been concluded under which they were entrusted with the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing services, including, among others: law firms, accounting and accounting offices, entities providing consulting and IT services, as well as postal operators and courier companies. The above-mentioned recipients from the category of recipients will process the entrusted data only to the extent that it is necessary for them to provide the ordered service by the Administrator. Your data will not be transferred to any third party.
